The predicates that the elements of the collection must match. The total number of predicates must exactly match the number of elements in the collection.
A formatted phrase as is supported by System.String.Format(System.String,System.Object[]) explaining why the assertion is needed. If the phrase does not start with the word because, it is prepended automatically.

    Asserts that a collection contains exactly a given number of elements which meet the criteria provided by the element predicates. Assertion fails if it is not possible to find a one-to-one mapping between the elements of the collection and the predicates.
